Who didn't love cartoons as a child?
The great thing about cartoons is how they suspend reality to transort us into a dreamlike world where anything can happen. By side stepping the constraints of the physical world they can directly address the emotional side of our brains, disguising metaphors for real life situations to captivate and entertain us. Quite a marketing strategy really!
One of my personal favourite cartoons was always the Warner Brothers classic; Road Runner starring Wile E. Coyote as an always hungry predatory coyote. Each cartoon depicted Wile E. Coyote chasing the Road Runner, a fast-running ground bird and potential meal.
The insidious and constantly hungry Coyote's repeated attempts to catch and subsequently eat the Road Runner always ended up in dramatic failure. This failure is always despite the addition of an ever-changing array of fiendish devices supplied by the 'Acme' company to aid him in the pursuit of his mission.
You can see Road Runner on Warner Bros. Inc's Youtube channel here but please don't spend the whole day watching cartoons!
Warner Brother's Road Runner cartoon character provides a great metaphor for our our clients; able to deliver essential social services efficiently and achieving their objectives effectively whilst negotiating external distractions and disruptions.
We have always delivered the strategies and tactics required to achieve our client's objectives with clarity and agility, augmented with the media and skills required to operate independently with the agility to anticipate and pivot when required.
Whether it's negotiating the challenges posed by NDIS funding, creating a culturally secure culture or implementing smart methodologies to empower effective remote program management, we deliver the strategy and media to power this.
And, unlike Wile E. Coyote, experience has taught us to resist the temptations and distractions of the many, ACME-esque 'sure-fire' solutions that tempt so many. We've seen a lot of 'flavour-of-the-month' media and technologies come, go, and even return re-badged in our time. Oh the wisedom of age and experience!
No matter how strong the temptation to obsess about conversions or short-term hacks, we need to understand that what lies behind sustainable growth is our ability to delight our customers with our dedication to extreme value creation.
Ai Mese. Growth Supply.
Our preferred, and proven media-agnostic approach has always been to assess any strategy, tactic or media independently on its proven ability to deliver toward the achievement of the overall objective. When it comes to strategy and media we always ensure that the dog wags the tail, not visa versa.
We've been successfull breeders in the For Purpose sector since we started in the nineties.
Having a well-developed marketing strategy which makes sense to the Board and staff, has been significant in supporting me as the CEO to drive a change which has been much needed.
