Speculative Work Terms

Introduction

We the undersigned acknowledge the fact that all materials including, but not limited to; strategies, designs, diagrams, copy contained in Push Consulting Sprculative (Pro Bono) work proposal documentation, whether electronic or physical form part of a speculative presentation from Push Consulting.

Preperation, submittal and perusal of this material will incur no costs with the exception of any prior agreement to pay any third party or associated costs including, but not limited to, travel, accommodatiuon and subsistence expenses associated with either the preparation or presentation of the propsal.

IP & Copyright

As such all materials and the information contained within and the visual format & design of the material remain the physical and intellectual property and copyright of Push Consulting.

This status remains until such a time when the work contained within the speculative proposal has been the subject of an all encompassing quotation and a corresponding official order to proceed has been received and accepted.

At this point, subject to our standard trading terms and conditions which can be viewed here, where applicable, IP and Copyright of the corresponding project areas is transferred to the client upon project completion, receipt of full sign of from the client and corresponding payment has been made in full to Push Consulting.

Please note that electronic copies of any presentation material can not be transferred to clients without their express acknowledgement of acceptance of these conditions in full.

Acceptance of these conditions is denoted by the completion and transmission of this form.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the agent completing the form is acting with the full aothorisation of the organisation.
