ETNTAC's 1st Annual Report

The best opportunities are the ones you don't miss.

Esperance Tjaltjaark Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (ETNTAC) is the Prescribed Body Corporate (PBC) for the Esperance Nyungar peoples. Since its incorporation on September 06 2016 their Ranger scheme was growing steadily and had received over $1.5 Million in funding through both phases 1 and 2 of the State Government's Ranger funding program. Push Consult worked with CEO Peter Bednall and board Chair Gail Reynolds to create the second organisational strategic plan to drive an aspiration which rose beyond that of a PBC.

Based around the success of the new website and strategic communications plan provided by Push Consult we suggested that this was the ideal moment to produce the first formal annual report for the organisation. Download a copy here.

Engaging and relevant

Content themes were chosen from the strategic plan based around the needs of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the report would be both relevant and engaging in it's message.

This top-down approach to content creation ensured that the stories and messages were chosen to resonate directly with the target audience. From specific diction, researched figures, statistics and quotes every inch of every page was designed to paint a picture of an outcomes focussed organisation delivering return on investment to every stakeholder.

Before a single creative decision occurred a map of potential content was carefully assembled for executive and Board approval.

Strong beliefs and evidenced achievements

Stakeholder needs vary tremendously. The Esperance Nyungars, like all Aboriginal people are tired of being in a position of socio-economic disadvantage. State Government, in portfolio areas as diverse as the environment, health, training & employment and, naturally, Aboriginal affairs also bring their own requirements and agendas.

A well considered content matrix ensured that the annual report was a balanced and inclusive document. Every program, initiative, stakeholder and notable event was evenly represented and all content carefully focussed to generate maximum engagement.

We're really pleased with where this has landed. You've conveyed a real sense of who we are, the value we add and captured our drive to deliver more to Nyungar people to help us to Close the Gap here in Esperance. Thanks for your efforts with a trying client!

Peter Bednall. CEO, Esperance Tjaltjaark Native Title Aboriginal Corporation.

Confident and optimistic

Today's socio-economic climate values outcomes over statements, claims and rhetoric. Highlighting social disadvantage in imagery is easy, supplanting it both qualitatively and quantitatively in statistics and quotations presents a balanced and evidential case for investment and improvement. Our winning tactic has always been to extend this evidential depiction from the description of the problem into the depiction of the solution - it is here that real brand equity is created.

Bold and engaging

Look through the report and you will see how careful photo editing creates a story which starts with the desperate need for socio-economic parity but ends in a celebration of achievement captured not only in numbers but quotes and on the faces of Rangers, residents, children and more.

ETNTAC's first annual report depicts an orgaisation exploring the true potential for cultural and socio-economic service delivery as a PBC exploring it's future.

An invaluable content marketing and communication resource

The advent of digital printing enables short double digit print runs but it is not in the printed product that the value lies.

Google's ability to search through PDF files within websites ensures that the content in your annual report is accessible, globally, 24/7, 365 days a year.

We have over twenty years in Bid & Tender Support Services in the For Purpose sector and understand only too well that the content of a bid is only as good as the questions it is created to answer. It is here that the intangible sum of our clients brand, in terms of the value a client gleans from their desk research, often turns into tangible results in terms of bid & tender wins. Your annual report should consist of so much more than just CEO and Chair statements, Board biopics, financials and an overview of your past 12 months.

With Push Consult you get award winning design based around a deep understanding our your organisations strategic requirements. To us your annual report is part compliance, part celebration, wholly evidential and completely targeted at your key external stakeholders to attract the funding and support you need to get to the next level.

If this is what your organisation need then we'd love to hear from you.
