ETNTAC Website

Your achievements are not just Facebook post news, they are valuable brand currency.

As with everything, having the right tools is essential to get the job done well.

So what is the tool that goes dull and blunt for most For-Purpose organisations and fails to cut it resulting in bids and tenders going to the "other consortium" - their website!

The first step: A site map designed to maximise your achievements.

No longer a hidden treasure

Esperance Tjaltjaark Native Title Aboriginal Corporation (ETNTAC) is the Prescribed Body Corporate (PBC) for the Esperance Nyungar peoples. Since its incorporation on September 06 2016 the organisation has grown organically and steadily.

Following our launch of the Noongar Land Enterprise Strategic Plan at their Esperance offices Push Consult were approached by CEO Peter Bednall to assist in the creation of ETNTAC's new Strategic Plan. One of our key observations during this process was extent of the impact the lack of effective external communication was having upon the organisation.

ETNTAC's website had been under construction for some time but progress was limited and the existing Wordpress structure restrictive. This situation was the direct result of organisational growth itself necessitating a focus on organisational management. The effect of this was that the content necessary to showcase the capacity and capability to develop further growth was not being evidenced to wider stakeholders.

The second step: A content plan and the resources to turn plans into reality.

A better solution

Push Consult's online web platform, developed from 25 years of NFP sector experience, is designed to give our clients the online impact they need to power growth. This is achieved through a content organisation structure designed to showcase their capability and capacity to all stakeholder groups. Push Consult websites are powered by a content management system engineered to make internal site management easy - no more calling up the web agency to add a new form or page!

When it comes to getting your achievements across to show potential funders, partners, and clients why you are the go-to choice, site management should be easy not hard - 'hard' never gets done, content doesn't get added, funders do not see value and revenue goes elsewhere.

This is the first time I've ever used a content management system setting up our website and I've found it very streamlined to use. It's a really easy interface to use, easy to pick up [and] add content and it's really easy to format content.

I've enjoyed is playing around with all the different formats, adding photos and text. What I've found, which is cool, is that you can build any form with any information you want and you can put it on any page you like.

Our system makes adding not only page content but staff, offices, forms events and much more a breeze for internal management.

From paper to screen and beyond

Our platform offers an ingenious solution to ensure that all of your content relates to your key strategic win-themes. For ETNTAC we were able to provide a structural plan for the site within 48h of our initial consultation to show how all content would directly address the strategic objectives. This illustrated how ETNTAC to demonstrate outcomes which illustrate a strong return on investment to funders whilst evidencing success to those the organisation supported.

Our next stage is to ensure that this potential is realised in terms of content delivery. Through an online Gantt project plan, shared content creation spreadsheet and dedicated shared cloud storage to store project files, site population took approximately just one week.

Our system gives ETNTAC complete control of their website, at a fraction of the cost of other professional solutions.

Not just a website but an organisational tool

As a Prescribed Body Corporate (PBC), ETNTAC executed many duties which are now be managed online far more effectively. Our platform's ability to manage events and create bespoke forms soon became one of the key functions for ETNTAC. From managing the organisation of community consultations and creating gallery sections to download information files to ordering services such as Welcome to Country and Smoking ceremonies everything is now managed in house.

By implementing our website solution ETNTAC has removed any ongoing reliance and the restrictions this invariably brings, on external website suppliers. This actively promotes autonomy as well as greater efficiency.

I've been training with [Push Consult] for half a day now and I'm really looking forward to using this website because not only is it going to help us get news out to our stakeholders but also our members too.
