Listening for what is important
We are well versed in inclusive engagement with service-users, staff, volunteers, board members, funders and policy makers in co-designing services and identifying common strategic policy directions. Our knowledge of the social service and health sectors, not-for-profit organisations, government and social policy trends, ensures that our approach is insightful, analytical and results-driven.

Stakeholder consultation for the Mindaroo Foundation.
We use listening devices
A wide range of secure technologies are employed to reach diverse stakeholders across interest groups both on and offline across various service disciplines and geographic area. Whether engagement is conducted via a small workshop, extensive consultation, on-line feedback, multiple stakeholder interviews or continuous communication our always focus is always on meaningful, quality engagement.
When people ask me what the most important benefit we can offer is I always explain that we can get them closer to their clients or service users. Whether it's brand intelligence of resarch for policy or strategy that is where the ultimate answers will be. The closer you can get to them, the closer you get to the answer.
